ESLC Coaching
In developmental years, pre-high school teams may be led by multiple coaches in an effort to expose players to a variety of knowledge, techniques and experiences. Starting on or before the first year of high school, teams will be assigned a committed coaching staff that will guide them through the recruiting process, and at least one of whom will be a non-parent, professional coach.
All high school players that join ESLC will receive a membership to the IWLCARecruits powered by SportsRecruits. To read more about the platform please visit: IWLCARecruits.
If you are interested in playing lacrosse in college, please take a second to read our recruiting to do list. We have provided sample resumes and a “how to” when communicating with potential coaches. Please let your coach know if you are interested in being recruited and any specific schools and they will help you with the next steps.
