Since its inception, ESLC has maintained a kids’ first mentality and philosophy. We think it is of utmost importance to treat all players with respect, give everyone a chance to play on an equal basis, and grow the confidence of each and every girl on the field. With this in mind, we recruit and maintain coaches who espouse this philosophy, and are fortunate to have assembled a group of highly experienced coaches who embrace this approach.

Founded in 2008, and still going strong today, Eastern Shore Lacrosse Club (ESLC) has been instrumental in placing more than 50 girls in collegiate athletic programs. Moving into its second decade, the club is undergoing managed growth in order to offer a more comprehensive club lacrosse experience with greater placement potential for all players. Whether you intend to play in college or not, ESLC is committed to growing the game and the confidence of each and every athlete on the field.

ESLC began in 2008 in Salisbury by Harlan Eagle as the only alternative for players who were not ready for an intensive club environment. After that first season Harlan met PJ Kesmodel who was very excited to have an opportunity for his players and others in Delaware who were not playing on club teams to get more experience. In 2009 the club needed a coach for the Beach Tournament; PJ agreed to coach and the rest is history! Under PJ’s leadership the club grew from 1 team in 2009 to 5 teams. A new era began in 2016 as Dave Frederick took over from PJ as Program/Coaching Director. Dave has coached since 2009 and now guides us as we expanded to 7 teams.
